As you all know, Saturday Jan. 7, 2006 was the second annual freshman snow ball. The music, decorations and attire were a pleasant fairy tale for the underclassmen.

“A few people may have taken it over the limit, but overall everyone looked great,” said sophomore Cassie Taylor.

There didn’t seem to be a certain preferred style of dress, and there were an assortment of colors.

“My favorite part of the dance was getting dressed up,” said freshman Megan Gehlbach.

Another big part of formal dances is decorations. Many people took voluntary extra time to make this dance look like a winter wonderland. The main theme colors were black, silver and blue

Freshman Ashley Mack said, “The best part [of the dance] was the decorations.”

While some were into dressing up and the decorations, others were into the lighting and the music.

“The best part was the music,” said freshman Matthew Lovell.

Freshman Loren “Blu” Duckett said, “The dancing was definitely the best part, but the wait for pictures was too long.”

“The lighting was cool!” said freshman Ian Urich.
