On November 24, 2010, Disney released their latest animated movie, Tangled. Starring Mandy Moore and Zachary Levi, the animated movie was based off of the classic tale by the Brothers Grimm, Rapunzel. In the story, the main character, Rapunzel, is trapped in her tower by her “mother” who refuses to let her leave. She tells her the world is too much of a harsh and dangerous place for a young girl.   Then she meets Flynn Ryder, a young criminal on the run from the law and other crooks, together they embark on a journey to the city so Rapunzel may be able to follow her dream of seeing the glowing lights up close. Together the two face challenges that they must overcome in order to survive and reach their destination. With this film, Disney celebrates their 50^th animated movie release. Tangled was a bit different from the Disney typical princess movies. Filled with continuous humor and a feeling of adventure; it was one that the entire family may enjoy. I give Tangled 5 out of 5 paws.
