Changing Positions

• Camille Gabris moved from the high school’s assistant principal to the district’s director of curriculum and instruction.

• Walt Gawkowski moved from athletic director to assistant principal.

Leaving

• Special ed. teacher Julie Nastold will be taking an extra year off with her baby.

• Special ed. teacher Melissa Richardson took a job with Grand Haven High School.

• Special ed. teacher Julie Wernette will be taking on new challenges.

• Parapro Denise Lennon has moved to Campbell Elementary.

• Parapro Beth Sutton has moved to Ross Park Elementary.

New/Moving

• Stacie Meyers, who was previously a special ed. teacher at the high school, returns to the high school as a counselor.

• Special ed. teacher Jill Jacobson will be joining the special ed. team as a consultant. She is coming to the high school from Ross Park Elementary.

• English teacher Jolynn Walek returns after a year away after the arrival of her son.

• Ray Baker, retired NSPD officer, is taking over as security officer. He has 32 years of training in law enforcement and safety and security.

• Special ed. teacher Summer Pratt will join the special education department in the CI classroom. She comes from Ottawa County.

• Special ed. teacher Lisa Caruso is moving from the TC to the CI classroom.

• Parapro Lisa Clark will be working in the CI classroom. She is coming from Churchill Elementary.

• Parapro Margo Harley will be working in the CI classroom. She is coming from Churchill Elementary.

• Parapro Linda Rank will work on curriculum and instruction and with at-risk students.

 

• Marc Giulano will be helping the Industrial Arts/Cad team in the afternoons. He is still working at the middle school in the mornings.
