As the final notes ring out in the song “Lost in the Sound of Separation” it is clear that Underoath, the six-man band from Tampa Florida, has delivered yet another very successful album. The alternative-rock, or “Scream-o” band, released its new album on September 2, 2008.

Their music has been heard all around the world and will soon be traveling across the country. Underoath will begin a tour on November 20 of this year, and they will tour from the east to west coast, stopping at many cities in between. Aaron, James, Chris, Spencer, Tim, and Grant will tour with the bands August Burns Red, and Emery.

Underoath’s debut album Act of Depression, which came out in 1997, was very successful, making it clear that the Christian band was going to be big. They recently appeared in Van’s Warped Tour 2009.After being reviewed the newest album Lost in the Sound of Separation was rated a 9.5 out of 10. Spencer Chamberlain’s voice captures the audience in the song “Breathing In a New Mentality.” The anxiety is held high throughout the album, and Drew Beringer reviewed it as “A frantic album, that is reaching out for hope.”

Be sure to buy Underoath’s newest album Lost in the Sound of Separation, and look out for tour dates near you.
