#5 Symone Robinson

Plans for next year: Symone has earned “New Jersey Star” status and has been accepted at Camden County College to study Business. There is no doubt that she will be a rising star at CCC, just as she has been at LHS. Once she obtains her Associates Degree from CCC, Symone plans to transfer to Rutgers University.

College Major: Symone has chosen to major in Business and minor in Accounting. She says, “I enjoy the fast-paced world of business. My ability to pay attention to the details (thanks to Ms. Ryan) really helps a lot, as do my math skills.” Symone will fit right into a “fast-paced world,” for as everyone at LHS knows, Symone is one of the best “fast-paced talkers” in her senior class!

High school course that was most influential: “AP Calc was the most influential to me. The class allowed me to think outside the box in order to accomplish the task for the day. Our class of 8 became a family together, made mistakes together, and progressed together. There is no doubt in my mind that we all passed the AP test.”

Words of wisdom for underclassmen: “Never let anyone tell you that you cannot achieve something. In this school you have to fight to be the best at something. There’s a lot of talent in this school. Don’t let your talent be overlooked.”
