Oh no! You’re falling off a 100-foot building. You’re getting closer to hitting the ground and BAM! You’re awake in a pool of your own sweat. Pretty trippy, huh?

Many people have bad dreams. It especially happens to children, but it doesn’t necessarily stop when we become adults. According to divinecaroline.com, simply eating spicy foods before bedtime can cause nightmares.

After waking up to wet pants and a sweaty face, you start to ponder about your night terror. Is there an actual meaning? The website easy-dream-interpretation.com has said that if you dream in color, it means you’re paying attention to the dream, which could indicate a much more profound meaning than what you thought.

If you really want to know what your dreams mean, buy a dream book and a journal. This way, when you wake up, you can quickly write down your dream and then look it up!

Determining dreams and even nightmares can be fun. Grab a seat and take 30 minutes or so to ponder the mythical or logical ways of dreams.
