(April 1, 2011) -- Senior Jacob Minasian and sophomore Girgori Grigoryan, Geo-Politics Club officers, video chat with Sergei Khruschchev, son of former Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev. The Skype session, held for about one hour on March 30, gave students the chance to ask Khrushchev about world issues. Students asked about his views on communism, espionage, the United States, his father and Stalin. Students throughout the school watched the Skype session on Channel 31. I am very proud of what the Clark students did with this interview. You all are great. It helped span the generations. I remember Mr. Khrushchev's father. It was an interesting time. it was good to see that you all dressed up for the interview. it was good to see the boys in suits and neckties. They looked very sharp. I thinks neckties are cool. Sincerely, George Ellison P.S. I graduated from Glendale High School, Class of 1964.
