Trick or Treat, Smell My Feet, Give Me Something Good to Eat

Halloween. One of the most anticipated holidays of the whole year, is less than a week away. The celebration of fright, creepy costumes, and hefty amounts of candy is not only illustrated through little kids, but high school teenagers as well.

Upperclassmen and underclassmen alike use Halloween as an opportunity to get creative and dress up as someone they would never be. Some students trick or treat, some don’t.

Sophomore Connor Morgan said, "I’m dressing up and going trick or treating on a monkey bike," appearing to be very eager. When asked if he thought people his age were too old for trick or treating, he replied, "hell no!"

Halloween may be on a school night this year, but that doesn’t restrict anybody’s want to party it up. A quick tip for every candy lover out there, keep changing your costume sporadically throughout the evening while trick or treating. You’ll get more candy, and burn off the calories while you’re at it. Don’t be surprised if you’re load lasts until Valentine’s Day.

Melissa Weinwroth, a junior, said, “Im dressing up with my friends as school girls and we’re going tick or treating together. I think if you still have an interest in trick or treating, you should go out and do it!”
