omen are more powerful, but that doesn’t mean that they should do everything in the relationship. Men should still pay for things because that’s what gentlemen are supposed to do. There are a couple of reasons why they should still do these little favors for women.

First, I believe that men should pay for everything. If they ask you out on a date, why should the women have to pay? In the old days, men used to pay for everything because the women didn’t work. Besides, men paying for things is just the gentlemen thing to do. I understand that women are independent and can pay for stuff themselves. That may be true, but paying for dates is what the men are supposed to do.

Secondly, I’ve heard girls say they get annoyed when guys open the door for them. I don’t understand why. The other day when I was going to the Chinese Buffet, I saw a guy open the car door for his girlfriend then walk all the way around to the other side. That’s just plain sweet. In the old days, guys did a lot more then just that. They usde to pull out a woman’s chair for her. They always paid the bill. They even use to stand up when the women entered or exited a room. I would just like to know what happened to people like that?

Thirdly, guys don’t really like meeting the parents. I guess most girls don’t want them to either. It’s just something that has to happen eventually. If the guy doesn’t want to meet the parents, it’s probably because they don’t plan on getting too serious with you. When a guy wants to meet your parents, it’s a good thing, so don’t freak out. There is a point to this. You don’t want them to meet your parents the first night you start dating because that would be a little weird. Maybe a month or more would be appropriate when you think its actually going to last.

So I say the girls should just step aside and let a gentlemen be a gentlemen. Guys should pay. They should also do everything else that is sweet and adorable. If they don’t, that just proves that the guy you are dating isn’t a true gentlemen.
