At-a-glance

Never again will seniors be high school students, attending high school football and basketball games, cheering in the stands with friends they’ve known since kindergarten. Never again will they be the carefree students that come to school at eight and leave at three. Four years of high school flew by, and now it’s time for the real world.

“I’ll miss seeing all my friends on a daily basis, and hanging out with them on weekends. I’ll also miss playing in Arrowhead sports games,” said senior, Andy Fox.

Transitioning from high school to college may be tough on some seniors, leaving their childhood behind. For others, it’s a chance to start fresh, forget about their high school lives and become a new person. Regardless, everyone must miss something about Arrowhead.

“The thing I’ll miss most about Arrowhead will definitely be attending the sports games, especially basketball,” said senior, Matt Jarchow.

“Football games and prom. I always looked forward to going to all the football games, and prom was really fun all the years I went!” said senior, Maggie Ellingson.

Students graduating this year look forward to a new and bright future, but will always hold their high school memories close to them. Whether it’s the friends they made, the teachers they had, or the sports they played, Arrowhead will be missed.

“I’ll miss lacrosse the most. The sport’s great, and I love my team. The football games were a lot of fun too,” said senior DJ Niess.

“The companionship. I’ll miss all the friendships that I’ve made here at Arrowhead. We all have known each other for years, and it’ll be weird not seeing them every day,” said senior, Trevor Block.
