Congress Bundestag Youth Exchange Program- Full Scholarship



How would you like to witness life first hand in another country? Live without your own family, but with another? Have a learning as well as life-changing experience?

Since 1983, Congress Bundestag Youth Exchange Program has sent 280 high school students to Germany each year. The program consists of living abroad for one year with a host family, learning the German language and the culture. You will also have the chance to attend high school classes with your host sister or brother, become more independent, and learn diversification in another country.

To be eligible for the program, students must be US citizens, have a GPA of 3.0 or better, and be between 15 and 18 years old at the beginning of the program. Applicants of all backgrounds and students with disabilities are encouraged. The applicants will be evaluated on personal qualities, communication skills, motivation, and letters of recommendation. The deadline for applying is December 16th so if you’re interested, apply now!
