Sarah – one of the most famous persons here, in SLI, especially in the dormitory. She’s our RD (Resident Director) and she’s doing a great job for all of us. My name is Sonya, I’m one of SLI students and I’m going to ask her some questions about her time in LCC.

Sonya: Why did you come here?

Sarah: Because I was with SLI students two years ago. I worked here as LCC student. I wanted come back



Sonya: How long have you been teaching in SLI?

Sarah: It is my first year

Sonya: Is it your first time as RD?

Sarah: Yeah

Sonya: What did you like about SLI?

Sarah: Different activities available, working with students also I like SLI staff

Sonya: Who did you meet here?

Sarah: A lot of different people from different countries (laughing)

Sonya: Who is your roommate?

Sarah: Julia, another RD

Sonya: Did you know her before you come here?

Sarah: Yes, I did

Sonya: What do you think about SLI teachers?

Sarah: They know what they are doing, well educated and very helpful

Sonya: What other things have you been doing here?

Sarah: Sightseeing, walking with friends

Sonya: Did you go to the beach?

Sarah: Definitely

Sonya: What was it like?

Sarah: Warm (laughing again)

Sonya: We are going to leave the dorm in a few days. Will leaving be hard for you?

Sarah: It will. Because it’s a change. I’m going home. It will be very difficult. It means to say “Goodbye” to people and don’t come back
